Class Gatherings
Renew acquaintances and share stories at a location specifically designated for your class!
Class Gatherings are held on Friday night, following the Welcome Reception at Brompton.
Gatherings can be in local off-campus venues–like bars or restaurants downtown–or at favorite on-campus spots, like the Underground. Most gatherings include heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, but others might offer a seated dinner. Some classes choose to combine with other “nearby” classes, usually from the same decade. Regardless of the format, you’re sure to find plenty of good company.
2026 Gatherings
The following individual class gatherings include heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
Class of 1981: Linden Terrace, Cedric Rucker University Center (4th floor)
Class of 1986: The Underground, Lee Hall
Class of 1991: Seacobeck Hall, Dome Room and Porch
Class of 1996: Eagle’s Nest Patio, Woodard Hall
Classes of 2001, 2006, 2011, and 2016: Reunion Bites & Sites progressive dinner (see details below)
Reunion Bites & Sites–new this year!
Enjoy a tasty tour of iconic places on campus in a reinvented combined class gathering! For this progressive dinner, stations will be set up in five spaces on campus, with each featuring hors d’oeuvres and signature drinks. The party ends with dessert around The Fountain at Palmieri Plaza/Monroe Hall.
All food and two drink tickets are included with the registration cost. Additional drinks may be purchased via a cash bar.
The Classes of 2001, 2006, 2011, and 2016 have chosen to congregate at this event in place of individual class gatherings, but alumni of all classes are welcome and encouraged to attend. This event is for everyone!
