Reunion Giving

Giving back in honor of reunion milestones is a proud alumni tradition at Mary Washington. Not only will your gift help support today’s students and programs, but it will also help your class totals in the Reunion Giving Challenge. 

Many alumni reaffirm their loyalty to Mary Washington by making a “stretch” gift (larger than normal), and classmates who have never given–or who give infrequently–often are motivated to participate as part of the celebration.

Reunion Giving Challenge 2027

For classes celebrating their 5th – 50th reunions, the Reunion Giving competition includes total giving and pledges made since their last reunion (July 1, 2022, through Reunion Weekend 2027). 

Your gift, no matter the size or what part of the University you choose to support, strengthens Mary Washington, and a strong Mary Washington benefits us all. Whether you give $20.07 or $2,027, every gift is critical to the success of the University and our students.    

Three winning classes will be recognized at the Reunion Weekend All-Class Party:

  • Highest Giving Participation Rate 
  • Highest Number of Donors
